Why service follow- up is important

When you introduce a new hearing aid your brain has to learn how to adjust to the new sound signals. Brookway concentrates on retraining your brain to process sound so that you can understand better in the unique environment you’re in. That’s why Brookway schedules a series of follow-up visits after your fitting to fine tune your hearing aid and monitor how your brain is adapting to it. All of the visits are included in the price of your hearing aid.
